Note: The Samsung SmartThings app can sometimes be problematic. If you have trouble connecting or transferring your artwork then please see the F.A.Q. on "How to install via USB to Samsung 'The Frame' TV".

Otherwise, to install via your phone, complete these steps:

Unzip the art package and transfer the images to your phone.
Open the Samsung SmartThings app.
Select the 'Devices' icon.
Select your TV from the available options. (check TV as it may ask for permission to connect to your phone. Make sure you select 'Allow')
Select 'Art Mode'
Select the small plus (+) icon (light blue) on bottom right
Select all the artwork you want to transfer.
Select 'Next'
Optionally select the mount frame style you prefer
Select 'Set on the Frame'
Wait for the app to complete the transfer.
